Ltd. began handling functional chicken eggs, several female employees who produce egg confectionery noticed an improvement in their hands, and conducted a questionnaire survey*1 on changes in hand irritation after 79 customers with symptoms of hand irritation ate one egg a day for two months.

As a result, 21 out of 79 responded “very good,” 19 “good,” 27 “slightly good,” 11 “no change,” and 1 “worsened. (*The subject who worsened had an egg allergy, but dared to participate in the monitoring study.)
