Ergothioneine raw material derived from mushrooms

Mushrooms are composed of nutritive mycelium, fruiting bodies, and stolons. Different types of mushrooms contain different amounts of ergothioneine.

We supply dried and crushed tamogi mushrooms and mycelia of enokitake mushrooms, which are stored at low temperatures to increase ergothioneine (patented in Japan). The mycelial mass is aseptically cultured using food additives as a nutrient source.
